💍 MBN Wedding Expo — Vendor FAQ's

1. How do I register as a vendor and view booth sizes?

2. What is the purpose of the MBN Wedding Expo?

The goal of the MBN Wedding Expo is to connect vendors with engaged couples and families planning weddings. While you may sell products at the event, the main focus is to book new clientele and showcase your business to future brides and grooms.

3. Can I sell products at the expo?

Yes, vendors are welcome to sell their products and services during the event. However, please remember that this event is designed to help you gain long-term customers and bookings for weddings.

4. Can food and drink vendors participate?

Absolutely! Food and drink vendors are welcome under the following conditions:

• All food must be sealed, pre-packaged, or securely covered.

• Samples must be served in 2 oz containers 

• Sales must be conducted outside the carpeted area for safety and cleanliness.

• Vendors must be licensed and insured to serve or sell food products.

5. Can I purchase more than one booth?

Yes! If you’d like a larger space or want to showcase multiple services, you can purchase more than one booth to create your desired layout.

6. When is the early bird pricing deadline?

Early bird pricing is available until December 1st. After that, booth prices will increase by $50 across the board, so make sure to sign up and pay before then to lock in your discounted rate.

7. What types of vendors are you looking for?

We’re seeking a diverse mix of vendors to represent the full wedding experience, including:

• Food & Drink

• Decor & Design

• Beauty, Henna, and Spa Services

• Photography & Videography

• Fashion, Jewelry & Accessories

• Event Planning & Venues

• Any service or product that caters to weddings

8. Can I share my booth with another vendor?

Shared booths are considered on a case-by-case basis. Each vendor must be approved and registered separately to ensure all businesses are properly represented and insured.

9. Will there be carpeted areas or specific zones?

Yes. Some sections of the venue will be carpeted, which are non-food zones. All food and beverage vendors must set up in designated non-carpeted areas.
